Clancy Radiators manufacture radiator cores for the Automotive Radiator Repair Industry. The cores are made of copper fin and brass lockseam tube. We can supply several core configurations depending on the required application. We offer both header plates for Brass and Plastic tanks.

Header plates for brass tanks (for solder on applications) can be supplied:

• Plain
• Flanged on long edges
• Fully flanged
• Drilled (for bolt up applications).
• Channelled with full radius corners

Also available: Drive shaft apertures and fully formed Wet boxes

To specify a Core

All our Plastic tank (PTR) header plates are manufactured to exact specifications as to ensure a first time fit of the O.E plastic tank. Most of our PTR cores are supplied with gaskets.
